He possesses a solid academic background, including a Master’s degree in European Private Law (La Sapienza) and an LL.M. in American Common Law (Temple University).Formerly a Subject Matter Expert in Latin American Legal Systems at Luiss University, he has coordinated business internationalization projects between Europe and Latin America since 2010, with a focus on the Italy-Brazil axis. He manages institutional and governmental relations for business development in the real estate, finance, food, and distribution sectors.

A member of the Latina Bar Association since 2006, he boasts an excellent academic background, culminating in 2015 with a PhD in Comparative and Personal Rights from the University of Salerno. His specialized training includes numerous Master’s degrees and advanced courses at prestigious institutions such as the Jemolo Institute, LUISS, the University of Cassino, and La Sapienza, with an in-depth focus on public procurement and European private law. Author of several scientific publications in administrative, civil, and comparative law, he specializes in commercial and corporate law, insolvency proceedings, civil contracts, civil liability, banking law, urban planning, and public works management.

Attorney Giovannelli, with over twenty years of experience, provides legal counsel in civil law, specializing in family law, inheritance, civil liability, and enforcement proceedings. Supported by continuous professional development, she has earned certifications in family law and the title of special guardian for minors. She has also contributed to legal publications and is qualified as a Digital Lawyer. Her professionalism is matched by a strong sense of responsibility toward her clients’ well-being, guiding them with empathy and resolve throughout the entire legal process.

Graduated from the LUMSA University of Rome in April 2009 and a member of the Rome Bar Association since September 2013, he possesses specific expertise in corporate consulting, with a particular focus on corporate, banking, and insolvency law. His experience spans both judicial and arbitral litigation, as well as corporate restructuring, M&A, corporate finance, structured finance, and, more generally, civil law.

Éder Ferreira is a lawyer specializing in immigration law, residency, and citizenship in Portugal. Admitted to the Bar Associations of Brazil (OAB/ES no. 29.355) and Portugal (OA no. 65018P), he assists foreign clients with international mobility projects, residency visas, migration planning, and document regularization. He has extensive experience in residency proceedings, family reunification, and Portuguese citizenship. He collaborates with the Alessandro Mignacca law firm as Of Counsel for legal matters relating to Portugal, providing local support for migration issues and administrative proceedings.

Rosa Chiara De Luca, Esq., originally from Salento, graduated in Law from “La Sapienza” University of Rome with a thesis in international law on the Israeli-Palestinian wall. Admitted to the bar by the Rome Court of Appeal, she is a member of the Rome Bar Association. She specializes in criminal, international, and immigration law, with experience as a public defender. She operates between Lecce and Rome, assisting Italian and foreign clients, particularly in criminal law, international family law, and corporate immigration. She earned the TOLES certification in Cambridge and is a member of the ILPA in London. An author of social initiatives, she also serves as an arbitrator at the International Arbitration Court of Taranto.
